Job Summary

• The Service Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience by managing client inquiries, resolving complaints, processing service requests, and supporting the delivery of quality services in line with company standards.
• The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree, second class lower, or HND in Business Administration, upper credits, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
• Experience in a service-oriented industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000.00 to N230,000.00 / month.
