Job Descriptions

• Coordination of After Sales Servicing;
• Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software operations
• Have ERP Knowledge
• Good technical knowledge of various phones
• Ensure no repeat jobs from Technicians
• Ensure first level equipment are used for replacement and be able to manage customer/Technicians relationship
• Supervision of technicians in all the regions;

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any reputable institution.
• Must have 4 – 5 years’ experience with Smartphone troubleshooting for different brands
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be resident in any of the listed locations
