Service Delivery Manager at a Leading Firm

We are seeking a talented, self-starting individual to join our organization as a Service Delivery Manager. As part of our team, you operate closely with customers to determine their service needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout initial delivery and ongoing support processes. You maintain and develop client relationships, constantly identifying areas in which client business could benefit from our service offerings and presenting existing successful relationships to prospective clients. You also work as a solution architect whereby taking the records of all our IT infrastructure as well as their relationship.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer representatives to determine service needs and how our offerings can address their growth and potential
• Maintain and develop client relationships, focusing especially on building long-term relationships around perennial offerings
• Identify potential clients and present existing success stories involving clients and our service   offerings

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Business, or other related area
• 8 years cognate work experience in a reputable organization
• 5yrs Systems planning & design Background
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Considerable experience with relationship management and interpersonal business   d   development
• Sound knowledge of UNIX, Windows, Databases and Networking skills
• Expertise in Enterprise Storage, Cloud and Database (SQL) Administration
• Proficient in enterprise backup and recovery procedures, complex systems design
• Extensive Active Directory design, administration and Policy enforcement
• Project Management certified (IT governance is a plus)
• ITIL Foundation certified
• Strong knowledge of server virtualization technologies like Oracle VM, VMWare   Server/ESX or KVM.
• Strong knowledge of SAN technology.
