SEO Specialist at Norrenberger Financial Group

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the website’s organic visibility and search performance. The role also requires you to develop and execute SEO strategies, optimize content, and analyze performance to drive traffic and conversions.

SEO Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Create and execute SEO roadmaps that support marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities.

On-Page SEO Optimization

• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Ensure proper use of keywords, schema markup, and structured data.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product pages.
• Improve website content for search intent, readability, and engagement.

Content Optimization

• Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
• Optimize existing content to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Provide SEO guidelines for blog posts, articles, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Identify content gaps and recommend new content opportunities.

Website Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor website health and search engine performance.
• Identify and resolve indexing issues and ranking fluctuations.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
