    SEO & Content Executive (NYSC)

    About the Role

    • As our SEO executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that boost organic growth for Wildfire and our clients. You’ll collaborate with our content, design, and development teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for search and deliver sustainable traffic growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for Wildfire and client projects.
    • Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords and optimize content around them.
    • On-page Optimization: Optimize website structures, metadata, internal linking, and content for maximum visibility.
    • Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to ensure proper site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexability.
    • Content Collaboration: Work with writers to ensure blog posts, landing pages, and marketing content are SEO-friendly.
    • Link Building: Implement ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Lagos corps members with 2+ years of experience in SEO
    • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
    • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research methods.
    • Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
    • Ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear way.
    • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
    • Must be comfortable with a hybrid work setup.
