    Senor SME Marketer

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
    • Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
    • Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assigning tasks.
    • Gathering, analysing, defining and formalising business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.
    • Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
    • Managing vendor relationships and deliverables.
    • Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.
    • Managing the team’s performance of project tasks and providing technical advice and guidance.
    • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
    • Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
    • Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
    • Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
    • Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
    • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
    • Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
    • Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
    • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
    • Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
    • Managing the full marketing mix, including advertising and promotional budgets, inventory planning and demand forecasting.
    • Working with other stakeholders to optimise the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc.
    • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 6 years experience ideally in Business Analyst / Project Manager, Brand / Product Management or Marketing Communications within Financial Services industry.
    • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
    • Experience within BTL, ATL and Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel would be a strong advantage.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
    • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
