Senior Wealth Manager at Koins Microfinance Bank

Job Description

• Drive deposit mobilization efforts with a monthly target of a minimum of ₦500 million.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate business leads and secure new opportunities, particularly in the High Net-Worth (HNI) segment.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, offering tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage client-related issues effectively, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize in-depth market knowledge to offer informed advice and promote Koins Bank’s wealth management products.
• Present comprehensive product information to clients, ensuring a sophisticated and professional level of communication.
• Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities to meet business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards while managing client portfolios.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior deposit mobilization role, with a focus on HNI clients.
• Proven and verifiable track record of performance in wealth management or deposit mobilization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent relationship and people management skills, with the ability to handle complex client issues.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Wealth Management or relevant financial services (e.g., CFA, CISI) are an added advantage.
