    Senior Treasury Manager

    Transport Services Limited (TSL) is a foremost indigenous logistics transportation company that provides customized transportation and logistics solutions. We currently operate out of five locations spread across the Western and Eastern regions of Nigeria providing logistics services to stakeholders in the oil and gas, mining and construction, FMCG and Agricultural sector.

    Description

    •  Manage the liquidity of the organization and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
    •  Lead the development, review and recommend changes to treasury strategies, policies and processes
    • Advise management and provide inputs on the funding, debt and cash-flow implications of the corporate strategy, goals, plans and projects.
    • Monitors funding needs of departments/units and oversee the provision of adequate funds based on the budget and recommendations from management.
    • Facilitate and maintain relevant relationships with financial service providers (i.e. banks, payment service providers, lenders and investors) to ensure availability of funds and secure favorable banking terms and rates.
    •  Monitor and provide reports on the prices and rates available on banking products and services (Investments, foreign currency requirements etc.) in order to minimize risk exposure.
    •  Manage and maintain proper controls over bank accounts, banking processes and other treasury systems to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation and replenishment.

    Requirement/ Qualification

    • Minimum of a BSC/HND in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of 7 – 10 years’ experience with the last 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Member of a relevant professional body.
