Job Requirements
Applicant must possess Higher National Diploma (HND) in Forestry or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Botany, with bias in Taxonomy from an accredited College or Polytechnic with three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience OR ND in cognate field from an accredited College or Polytechnic with nine (9) years relevant post-qualification experience;
Applicant must possess Computer/AutoCAD knowledge with general and specific understanding of the workings and maintenance of an herbarium.
Certifications relevant to this specific field or designation will be an added advantage; and
Applicant must have a good knowledge of plant identification skills including herbs, shrubs, and trees, and with reasonable participation in field trips.
