Senior Structural CAD Designer at ZETA Technologies Limited

Job Details

• We are looking for an immediate avaliable experienced Senior Structural CAD Designer with strong competence on 3D modelling and detailing of civil and structural works. Successful candidate will have previous exposure in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities
The CAD Designer is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:

• Define and implement procedures for CAD design
• Develop complex 3D modelling and detailing of civil and structural works
• Prepare and maintain 2D and 3D drawings for as-built documentation
• Provide input to CAD team development and future CAD strategy
• Design to ZETA / Client specifications & relevant international codes of practice
• Interpret vendor drawings / other discipline drawings for civil & structural deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HNC or the equivalent.
• Membership of relevant professional institution will be added advantage.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant work experience as a CAD Designer
• Solid experience using AVEVA EBD Design, AutoCAD, Inventor or Vault
• Competency in designing:
• Offshore structures including jacket / top sides / FPSO structures
• Pipe rack, bridges, process facilities, rotating equipment, etc
• Equipment foundation (HEX, vessels, compressors, pumps, towers, etc)
• Pump houses / lift station and tank farms
• Control room & substation buildings
• Roads & paving, storm water drains, etc
• Hands-on experience on model review / clash check in Navis / SPR / PDMS platform
• PDMS skills will be added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
