    Senior Sales Executive – (B2B)

    Role Description and Responsibilities

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive (B2B) located in Abuja.

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving consistent revenue growth across assigned sectors and territories.
    • Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to build a strong and sustainable client pipeline.
    • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships for repeat business.
    • Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and account management.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and enterprise clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and post-sale support for business clients.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
    • Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate gamp’s value proposition and ROI.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports for management review.
    • Represent gamp at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and expand the business network.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
    • 4–7 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, credit, insurance, or asset leasing sectors
    • Experience selling to and existing relationships with key business buyers, including CFOs, Heads of Procurement, HR and IT Leads
    • Solid understanding of financial products and risk-based sales, such as leasing, insurance, or device financing
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
    • Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, pipeline management, and data-driven reporting
    • Entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Collaborative team player who ensures smooth client onboarding and long-term relationship management
