The Role
As Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-performance sales strategy that drives revenue across our products, programs and initiative. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and courageous executor who can close deals, optimise sales processes, and unlock new business opportunities at scale.This is a high visibility, high-impact role that demands ownership, resilience, and an exceptional ability to convert leads into long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Execution and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s revenue and impact goals.
- Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams
- Own the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to deal closure.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimisation
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of corporate, government, and institutional partners.
- Implement data-driven sales processes to increase lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Optimise sales outreaches through CRM tools, automation, and performance analytics.
Strategic Partnerships (B2B/B2G Sales)
- Develop and manage high-value partnerships with corporations, government agencies, and funding bodies.
- Drive negotiations and secure long-term deals that align with the company’s mission and business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop enterprise-level offerings and partnership models.
Market Expansion and Brand Positioning
- Identify growth opportunities across sectors, regions, and industries.
- Align sales efforts with the company’s branding and marketing strategy to drive visibility and conversions.
- Represent the company at conferences, sales meetings, and ecosystem events.
Performance Tracking and Continuous Optimisation
- Track clear revenue KPIs and continuously optimise the sales funnel.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
- Work closely across functions and with senior leadership to align sales objectives with overall company goals.

- Degree in relevant field of study.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Demonstrable expertise in B2B and B2G sales, corporate partnerships, and online sales management.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation, and analytics to optimise performance.
