Senior Reconciliation Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reconciliation Officer (ICAN) to join our dynamic team in OTA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and possess excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions
• Identify discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for management review
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline reconciliation processes
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management

Qualifications:

• ICAN certification is mandatory
• 3-4 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant in a manufacturing unit
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and management reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No overtime
