Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and track project budgets and cost estimates.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure budget alignment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Certified member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS).
• Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation tools.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
