    Senior Property Sales Executive

    Your Role

    • Close property rentals, sales, and mandates consistently.
    • Convert inbound leads and field opportunities into signed deals
    • Manage relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and agents
    • Take ownership of your personal revenue target
    • Support and guide a small team of agents to improve performance
    • Track deals, follow-ups, and pipeline using simple tools (WhatsApp, Sheets, CRM)

    What We Need From You

    • Proven experience closing property deals in Lagos
    • Strong negotiation and face-to-face closing ability
    • Good understanding of pricing, locations, and buyer behaviour
    • Some experience supporting or guiding other agents (preferred)
    • Existing network of landlords, buyers, or agents is a strong advantage
    • Self-driven, accountable, and focused on results

    Compensation

    • Base salary
    • Uncapped commission on every deal you close
    • Additional incentives tied to team performance
    • Vehicle support for inspections and meetings
