Senior Project Executive at TEDxMaitama Official

Role Description

• This is a remote volunteer role for a Senior Project Executive at TEDxMaitama Official. The Senior Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of TEDxMaitama events.
• They will collaborate with the team to ensure events are executed smoothly, work with vendors to negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Additionally, they will manage project timelines and budgets, and report on project progress.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including experience managing budgets and timelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Event planning and coordination experience, preferably with TEDx events
• Experience in negotiations and relationship management with vendors and sponsors
• Volunteer experience in similar roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
