This is a remote volunteer role for a Senior Project Executive at TEDxMaitama Official. The Senior Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of TEDxMaitama events.
They will collaborate with the team to ensure events are executed smoothly, work with vendors to negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables are met.
Additionally, they will manage project timelines and budgets, and report on project progress.
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including experience managing budgets and timelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Event planning and coordination experience, preferably with TEDx events
Experience in negotiations and relationship management with vendors and sponsors
Volunteer experience in similar roles is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
