Senior Program Manager at Swifta Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide programs driving digital transformation, network expansion, and customer experience innovation aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee large CAPEX/OPEX portfolios with disciplined financial management and measurable business impact.
• Establish governance frameworks and align cross-functional initiatives with corporate priorities.
• Partner with senior executives, regulators, and global vendors to deliver mission-critical outcomes.
• Anticipate risks, resolve complex issues, and ensure operational resilience across diverse program portfolios.
• Champion innovation, process optimization, and a culture of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in telecom.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is an advantage.
