    Senior Product Manager

    Job Overview

    • A Senior Product Manager, serving as a member of the senior management team, at Credo is willing to own the product strategies and roadmaps.
    • S/he is responsible for driving product specic events/activities to achieve business profitability.
    • This individual will work across multi-disciplinary teams (projects, engineering, design, regulatory,and business) to design, build and launch core features for new or existing products.
    • S/he will play a key role in shaping products in a diverse range of industries and explore the application of cutting- edge technology to meet customer needs.
    • As a Senior Product Manager in the Product Management team, you will deputize the unit head in overseeing and directing the product development process, vision and strategies.
    • A successful candidate will be one who thrives on interesting complicated challenges and is comfortable with ambiguity and building new products from the ground up.
    • You have a successful track record in partnering and communicating ectively with a variety of stakeholders such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, business operations, and data science, and are comfortable working closely with and presenting to the executive team.
    • You will yearn for and have an in-depth understanding of the markets we play in and explore where we should play. You will be supported by other Product Managers in creating the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our product portfolio.
    • You are a thoughtful and experienced people leader who derives satisfaction from helping their team grow and develop.

    • You will be involved in product marketing and positioning to your segmented markets/consumers.

    • You must be creative to imagine, direct and craft, highly detail-oriented, have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won’t work, and ability to see minute details that others often miss.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the product vision and strategy.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
    • Provides sector visibility and insight to drive payment innovation and strategic partnership opportunities
    • Ensures that the development planand roadmap is directed to reach both tactical and strategic objectives
    • Maximizes value of R&D investment and partnership initiatives by ensuring that solutions are, to the extent possible, applicable across multiple brands and geographies.
    • Know our consumer needs, market dynamics, competitive landscape and technical information
    • Maintain and update a live 3-4 quarters roadmap.
    • Continually monitor requirements/product backlog to identify top priority tactical goals for immediate development and release
    • Show full understanding and drives the product creation/innovation process whilst managing tactical activities
    • Ensures that the Development Team understand requirements/items in the product backlog – Represent business stakeholders in all development phases, communicating requirements to the team, Minimum Viable Product scope and setting acceptance criteria.
    • Maintains a close watch over product performance trends and takes mitigating action where needed.
    • Product level competitive Intelligence -monitoring and reporting on product performance vs our competitors as well as overall product portfolio strategy changes
    • Strong design sense, including experience building and maintaining style guides, working with wireframes and prototypes.
    • Ensure full engagement of key stakeholders via ongoing communication and review of results.
    • Activities may include: delivering updates, reporting on results and successes, assessing eectiveness, recommending areas of improvement, measuring success
    • Serve as a product expert and resource for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
    • Attract, manage, develop, engage and retain a talented and diverse workforce.
    • Foster a compelling and inclusive workplace and culture where our talent thrives Skills and Qualications Minimum 10 years of experience in product management in a product organization with at least 5 years leading teams of expanding complexity and scope.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Masters preferred
    • Minimum of 10 years work experience.
    • Proven experience delivering high growth results
    • Strong technical background, analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making Strong project management and time management skills
    • Ability to lead projects and work with teams across many geographies
    • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy with a strong attitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
    • Passion for conceiving, creating and designing useful, innovative products
    • Has a keen product sense – appreciates good designs, critiques standard ones.
    • Deep understanding and experience with consumer growth tactics
    • Demonstrated success of driving revenue and maximizing company products
    • Experience identifying various business problems or product flaws and coming up with creative solutions.
    • Enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast- paced , deadline driven environment , managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and key decisionmakers and lead an organization through change
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable presenting to other executivesa and CEO.
