Senior Operations Manager at Quidax

This role is pivotal to ensuring that Quidax operates seamlessly as we scale, and it will involve managing day-to-day operations, refining workflows, and ensuring that our teams have the tools and systems to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy and Execution

• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes that align with our business objectives.
• Continuously identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline workflows across teams.
• Partner with leadership to align operations with Quidax’s vision and strategic goals.

Team and Process Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of projects.
• Act as the bridge between various departments to drive clarity and alignment in processes.
• Work closely with the People and Culture team to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and integration of new team members.
• Develop and manage scalable systems for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure that all operational activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Vendor and Resource Management

• Oversee relationships with key vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and resources efficiently to meet operational needs.

People Management

• Lead and mentor a team of operations associates, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Technology and Tools

• Evaluate and implement tools or technologies that enhance operational efficiency.

• Work with IT and Product teams to ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and scalable.

What You Need to Have

• Experience: At least 5 years in operations, project management, or a related role, ideally in fintech or technology startups.
• Education: A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and teams effectively.
