Senior Operations Manager at One StepAhead Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational activities, including but not limited to, production, logistics, supply chain management, and quality control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Interpret financial reports and utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operational team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MSc or advanced degree preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive operational experience.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting financial reports, accounting principles, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
