Job Summary

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care, and providing continuous training, education, and professional development to nurses.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage the nursing team.
• Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance nurses’ clinical knowledge and skills.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with clinical standards and healthcare regulations.
• Ensure quality patient care, patient safety, and adherence to nursing protocols.
• Identify training needs, mentor nurses, and promote continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Valid NMCN registration and practising licence.
• Minimum of 7 years’ nursing experience, including team leadership or management.
• Strong clinical, training, communication, and leadership skills.
