Senior Network Analyst at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This senior role involves handling complex escalations, driving network projects, ensuring high availability, and mentoring junior team members. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and securing our organization’s networking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the highest escalation point for complex network issues across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network solutions for scalability and security.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Oversee routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and advanced switching technologies.
• Implement and maintain network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, VPNs).
• Lead major network upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
• Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 Network Analysts.
• Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align networking strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.

Certifications:

• CCNA/CCNP, PCCnetworkET, JNCIA, RF/VSAT certifications.

Experience:

• 5+ years in architecture, design, RF solutions, WiFi, LTE, SD-WAN support.

Special Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot complex designs; Partner across multiple technology disciplines; Strong problem-solving.
