• The ideal candidate will be responsible for positioning developments, strengthening brand identity, and driving qualified leads to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate and construction projects
• Lead branding, positioning, and campaign planning for new and existing developments
• Drive high-quality lead generation aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing supports revenue targets
• Oversee content creation such as brochures, presentations, and project launch materials
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for ROI and market impact
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners

Education:
