Senior Manager at George Houston Resources Limited

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Responsible for overall operational management and performance of Hub and delivery operations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the courier operations, aligning with the company\'s overall goals and customer needs. 
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. 
• Monitor and analyze operational data and reports to identify areas of improvement.

Requirement and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics or any other related field
• A Masters degree is an advantage
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. 
• Significant experience in the logistics or courier industry, preferably with experience in a leadership role. 
• Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges. 
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
