Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – FMCG at Frutta Foods and Services Nigeria Limited

• Frutta Foods is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and performance management functions.
• This role is key to driving strategic decision-making, strengthening financial discipline, and ensuring profitability in a high–volume FMCG environment.
• We are looking for a commercially sharp, analytically driven professional with strong business partnering experience and a proven track record in FMCG finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles in alignment with business strategy.
• Drive monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain financial models to guide pricing, promotions, and product decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to drive business performance.
• Track key FMCG metrics such as gross margin, trade spend, inventory turns, and working capital.
• Deliver executive-level reports that simplify complex financial data.
• Lead scenario planning, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.
• Ensure compliance, strong governance, and adherence to internal financial controls.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop FP&A analysts to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/ACCA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
• 8–12 years FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in FMCG at senior/manager level.
• Strong understanding of FMCG commercial drivers: pricing, promotions, trade spend, supply chain economics.
• Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Proven stakeholder management and strategic business partnering ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
