Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an SME Loan Officer located in Lagos.
- The SME Loan Officer will be responsible for daily tasks associated with finance, underwriting, loan origination, and providing customer service to existing and potential borrowers.
Qualifications
- Experience as a loan officer with knowledge of SME lending
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to conduct loan underwriting and analysis
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience in loan origination and processing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically in microfinance and SME lending
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements is a plus.
