Senior Java Developer at Software Business Solutions Consulting

As a Senior Java Developer at our B2B SaaS Fintech outfit, your main purpose will be to build functional and efficient server-side applications. Leveraging your expertise in Java development, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our financial technology platform.

 You will be responsible for

• Building efficient server-side (back-end) features in Java (Spring Boot) – APIs
• Manage testing and bug fixes
• Integrating front-end components into applications
• Help design and implement functional requirements
• Checking code from other developers and coaching junior team members
• Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Create high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Prepare technical documentation
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• Solid experience as Java Developer
• Experience with Spring Boot Framework, and Hibernate
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Open Shift and REST API
• Understanding of databases and SQL
• Knowledge of C#, NodeJS, Python and React is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Leadership skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
