Job Descriprion

• We're seeking a talented SeniorIT Network & Server Engineer to join our Company. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our entire IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust network architectures, including LANs, WANs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Configure, manage, and optimize server performance for critical applications and data storage.
• Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
• Proactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and identify and resolve root causes.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates, ensuring optimal system uptime and security.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in network security, server administration, and modern office systems.
• Provide Level 2/3 support to internal users, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring their productivity.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business needs.
• Advise on the selection and implementation of modern office systems and ensure their efficient and secure use within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior IT network and server administration role.
• Proven experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting (e.g., Cisco, Juniper).
• In-depth knowledge of server administration platforms (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection).
• Experience with modern office systems and their secure implementation (e.g., cloud storage, collaboration tools).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
