Our client, a conglomerate company in Nigeria and other parts of Africa, They are into FMCG products. They are currently in need of a Senior HR  Manager. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
• Developing the HR agenda.
• Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
• Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
• Managing staff wellness initiatives.
• Improving relations between staff and employers.
• Evaluating staffing needs.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts.
• Managing and allocating HR funds.
• Engaging with heads of department.

Job  Requirements:

• Bsc Minimum  in Human Resources Management.
• at least 8 years experience in same position.
• Strong leadership skills.
