Job Summary

• We seeks a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead their brand’s visual identity and deliver top-quality design solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both static and motion graphics, experience in event collateral design, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, style guide, color system, and typography.
• Design static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form videos using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.
• Develop and manage reusable templates and maintain an organized asset library.
• Create event materials (banners, booth panels) and provide on-site quick-turn edits during events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Social Media Executive and manage design tasks via Trello/Asana.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house B2B environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma/Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing at least 15 brand-consistent works, including motion/video projects.
• Experience designing trade-show or event collateral.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).
• Strong project management and time management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender).
• Print production experience.
• Background in construction or building materials brands.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary: N500,000
• Quarterly performance bonuses based on project delivery and quality metrics.
