The Senior Financial Control Manager is responsible for overseeing financial controlling and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and conducting financial analysis.
The role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.
While the role is located in Lagos, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
Skills in Financial Controlling, Finance, and Financial Reporting
Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements
Strong Analytical Skills to support decision-making processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
10 to 15 years Experience in the banking or financial services industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
