Senior Engineer at ADKAN Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 7–10 years’ relevant experience, with proven track record in large-scale projects.
• COREN registration or equivalent professional certification required.
• Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
