Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Senior E-commerce Operations Executive.
• The successful candidate will oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order management, ensuring accurate inventory control, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
• Additional responsibilities include managing online sales strategies, analyzing sales performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service in the e-commerce space.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Commerce and Sales with a focus on driving revenue and operational efficiency
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret sales and performance data effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless shopping experience for online customers
• Experience in e-commerce operations, with proficiency in inventory management and familiarity with relevant technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines
