• You will play an integral role in developing and implementing advanced analytical models and solutions to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and solutions using machine learning techniques to extract insights from large, complex datasets.
• Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to effectively present findings to key stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities, translating them into analytical projects and insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in data science, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and assisting in building an advanced analytics team.
• Drive innovation through data and insights, identifying new data sources and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Develop and implement MLOps practices to streamline the deployment and management of machine learning models.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and Google Data Analytics solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize business processes, drive efficiency, and generate revenue growth through advanced analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist within the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in machine learning techniques and tools, with hands-on experience in implementing models using Python or R.
• Solid knowledge and experience in using Google Data Analytics solutions.
• Experience with MLOps practices, deployment, and management of machine learning models is highly desirable.
• Exceptional data visualization skills, able to effectively communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Business-savvy, with a deep understanding of FMCG industry dynamics and the ability to drive innovation through data and insights.
• Proven track record of leading or handling advanced analytics projects, delivering impactful results on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to build and mentor a team of data scientists.
