    Senior Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join our growing team and support our service delivery and customer engagement operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for handling corporate customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    Requirements

    • Not more than 40 years old
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Telecom / ISP sector in a similar role.
    • Strong communication, customer relationship, and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
