Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: A Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ Experience.
• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B or B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (sales quotas) while also establishing new business.
• Management Experience: Ability to manage product, business and customers alike
• Strong Persuasive Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate can articulate complex ideas in a compelling manner and build rapport with potential clients effectively demonstrating and presenting products.
• Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Target: Ability to work and meet stipulated business target.
• Ability to work independently, part of a team and manage team.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Research Products and services to understand market trends.
• Develop well-thought-out sales strategies.
• Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services).
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
• Knowledge of construction industry and related services will be an added advantage.
