• We are recruiting a commercially driven GM / Senior Business Development Manager for a leading upstream oilfield services company.
• This is a senior-level role for a proven business developer with deep roots in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a commercial business development strategy targeting IOCs, EPCs, refineries, and petrochemical plants

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across oilfield services

Lead tender preparation and commercial proposal development

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across operators and drilling contractors

Track rig activity and drilling campaigns across Nigeria

What We're Looking For

• Good university degree; an MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in business development or commercial roles within upstream oil services
• Established network of contacts across IOCs, indigenous operators, and procurement teams
• Proven track record of winning contracts and generating revenue
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tendering processes (NIPEX, IOCs, EPCs)
