Job Description

• The Senior Banking Officer is responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities. plans and directs all aspects of an organization's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Developing the company’s marketing initiative, using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
• Generate Revenue and promote the company’s consumer products, while maintaining her brand value and identity among the prospective customers.
• He/She efficiently executes business strategies that are in line with organizational objectives.
• Perform KYC on all customers in strict adherence to the provisions of AML/CFT policy and regulations
• Respond proactively to customers’ needs

Qualification / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7-10 years post-NYSC work experience in Finance Companies, Commercial banks Microfinance banks, or other CBN licensed lending institutions.
• Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• IPPIS portfolio management experience is an added advantage.
• Possess relevant professional qualification(s)
• Must possess excellent marketing skills and be result oriented
• Must be self-confident and self-driven
