Overall Purpose:

To provide independent, objective assurance designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. This involves systematically evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization. The aim is to ensure that the business operates efficiently, adheres to regulatory and internal policies, safeguard its assets, and accurately report its financial performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct regular audits to ensure that the financial records are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes within the QSR, identifying areas of risk and improvement.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls across various functions, ensuring they mitigate risks effectively.
• Identify and assess potential risks that could impact the business, providing recommendations to mitigate those risks.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and other legal requirements.
• Provide clear and concise audit reports to management, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.

• Understanding of QSR operations, including supply chain, inventory management, and customer service protocols.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
