    Senior Associate

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role located on Lagos mainland for a Senior Associate. 
    • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Services Senior Associate to join our dynamic team.
    • This individual will play a key role in supporting our clients through a broad range of services, including Regulatory Documentation, CAC Services, and Training & Research.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate services, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • This role offers opportunities to work on complex client issues, contribute to internal process improvements, and assist in the development of strategic solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Strong proficiency in Accounting, Audit, and Tax practices.
    • Proven experience in Business Advisory and problem-solving.
    •  Strong understanding of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
    • Exceptional Research and Report Preparation skills.
    • Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools and solutions.
    • Excellent communication, client management, and teamwork skills.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
    • BSC/HND in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field, professional certifications would be a plus(ACCA, ACA).
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with HR software and regulatory tools.
    • Ability to manage regulatory documentation and compliance matters effectively.
    • High level of integrity and ethical standards in dealing with client matters.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
