Pulse is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead the visual direction of digital campaigns and bring bold, creative ideas to life.

As a Senior Art Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to conceptualize and execute compelling visual strategies. A strong grasp of motion graphics and the ability to create dynamic and engaging motion video content is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual content across various digital platforms.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into effective visual strategies.
Create dynamic and engaging motion video content aligned with brand objectives.
Contribute innovative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions.
Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure project success.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for visual differentiation.
Present visual concepts and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
4+ years of experience in art direction within a digital agency.
Strong skills in motion graphics and video content creation.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and digital design expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
