Senior Analyst, Operations & Technology Strategy at Interswitch

Job Description

• To facilitate the formulation and execution of transformational strategies, provide insights for the Interswitch Backbone to ensure alignment with the corporate strategy is achieved.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Analyzing
• Periodically draft regular analysis reports for the Backbone management, business leadership and executives, and relevant stakeholders for purposes of further decision making
• Provide insights that inform the operational, financial and business planning for the Backbone and set targets for achieving weekly/quarterly/annual business plans
• Leadership & Management
• Establish collaborative and trusting relationships with the Backbone key internal leaders and stakeholders to ensure a free flow of ideas and information across the business, leading to suitable strategy formulation and overall performance enhancement
• Leading the development of transformational strategies and priorities
• Developing periodic insights on backbone performance (diagnostics and performance reporting) and drive actions to drive ongoing business growth
• Guide executive discussions and ensure projects successfully transition from decisions into effective implementation
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand strategic knowledge gaps, and develop innovative solutions to generate new processes and insights
• Facilitate change management, ensuring the necessary governing structure and processes are in place to achieve sustained improvements in performance across the backbone
• Functional
• Build detailed business plans, create presentations and other documents supported by strong qualitative and quantitative insights for improvement opportunities
• Develop innovative analytical methodologies to answer strategic business questions across the backbone
• Manage cross-cutting, months-long operational excellence projects that will drive overall backbone effectiveness and efficiency
• Work closely with the team manager(s) to develop and follow project roadmaps, including key activities, stakeholder engagement and milestones
• Work with backbone teams to deliver analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations that create meaningful impact
• Backbone Performance Management
• Design the Backbone Strategy Maps, clearly identifying the various perspectives (Financial, Customer, Internal processes and Learning & growth) and track alignment with agreed objectives
• Review KPIs and develop performance measures that will determine the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for strategic improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Relevant professional qualification: Lean Six Sigma (Yellow & Green Belt), Business Analysis.
