We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Security Supervisor to join our esteemed organization. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and manage security personnel to ensure the safety of the organization.
• Develop, implement, and review security policies and procedures to enhance overall security measures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor security staff, ensuring they are well-informed about procedures and protocols.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to coordinate responses to incidents as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel performance for review and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security field.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of security personnel effectively.
• Exceptional observational and analytical skills to assess situations and respond accordingly.
