Security Supervisor at ADKAN Services

Qualifications

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent military/police experience).
• 3–5 years experience in private security, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and monitor security guards across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, patrol routines, incident reporting, and access control systems.
• Ability to conduct spot checks, post inspections, and ensure guards are in full compliance with company standards.
• Familiarity with handling emergencies, conflict resolution, and report writing.
• Good physical condition and alertness, with high integrity and discipline.
• Proficient in basic computer use (for logging reports, emails, and schedules).
• Excellent communication skills, especially for interacting with clients and enforcement agencies.
• Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and be available for emergency deployments.
