Job Summary

• We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Manguard / Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.
• The ideal candidates will have experience in security operations, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security threats and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Access Control & Surveillance:

• Monitor and control entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct security checks on visitors, employees, and vehicles.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems.

Patrolling & Incident Response:

• Conduct regular patrols to identify and address security risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations.
• Report security breaches, suspicious activities, and incidents to supervisors.

Asset & Property Protection:

• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.
• Ensure security of company assets, inventory, and premises.

Emergency & Crisis Management:

• Provide first-level response in emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or security threats.
• Assist in evacuations and emergency drills.

Customer Service & Professional Conduct:

• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors.
• Provide assistance and directions to guests and employees when required.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security reports.
• Complete shift reports and handover notes for smooth transition between shifts.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
• Follow legal and regulatory guidelines related to security operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in security services (preferably in corporate, industrial, or residential settings).
• Education: OND, HND, Bachelors
• Certifications: Security training certifications (e.g., guard license, first aid, fire safety) are an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
