Security Officer at Tongyi Allied Mining Limited

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the property, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter and detect any suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Managing entry and exit points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees and visitors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Responding promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action to ensure safety and security. Document and report incidents accurately.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping and investigation purposes.
• Conducting regular safety checks of facilities to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and information while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Work closely with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an SSCE certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Must be honest and reliable.
• Willing to stay in the accommodation provided by the company.
