Responsible for protecting personnel, property, and company assets through effective access control, routine patrols, security checks, and prompt response to security incidents.
Job Description
Conduct routine patrols and security checks within assigned areas.
Control the movement of personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Prevent unauthorized access to company premises and restricted areas.
Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety concerns.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records and prepare security/incident reports.
Ensure compliance with established security and safety procedures.
Perform other security duties as assigned.
Job Specification
Education & Experience:
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
Previous security or guarding experience is an advantage.
Must be a member of the local/host community.
First Aid/BLS and self-defence training are added advantages.
Skills:
Good observation and security awareness.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to respond appropriately to security incidents.
High level of integrity, discipline, and alertness.
