    Secretary

    Key Responsibilites

    • Provide administrative support to senior management staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Manage and maintain records and files, both physical and electronic
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Handle telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
    • Perform tasks related to student admissions, registration, and records
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Provide support to various departments, including academic, administrative, and support staff

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Studies, office management technologyor related field. A higher degree is an added advantage
    • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a secretarial roleis a must.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Experience in a polytechnic or similar institution.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Must reside within or in close proximity to Ejigbo.
