    Secretary

    Responsibilities

    • Attending to walk-in customers.
    • Answering phone calls.
    • Scheduling meetings & appointments.
    • Reminding the executive of important tasks & deadlines.
    • Creating/editing documents.
    • General administrative duties.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
    • 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • Previous work experience in this job role or a similar one.
    • Female.
    • Above 25 years old.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
    • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Proficiency in the use of office equipment (Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, etc.).
