    Secretary to Director

    Job Summary:

    • Creaniacs Talent Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with a law degree on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and legal support, manage documentation, and ensure efficient office operations. This role requires a professional who can handle confidential information, liaise with clients, and assist in legal correspondence while maintaining a well-structured workflow.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing of legal documents.
    • Draft, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.
    • Maintain and update records, case files, and confidential client information.
    • Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
    • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for management.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and official documents.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by tracking deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation.
    • Assist in researching legal issues, regulations, and industry trends.
    • Support in contract negotiations and ensure proper documentation of business agreements.
    • Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all business and legal matters.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a secretarial, administrative, or legal assistant role.
    • Strong understanding of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance processes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
    • Flexible availability to meet deadlines and assist with urgent legal matters.
